Privacy Policy
This document constitutes the Privacy Notice for the purposes of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the "LFPDP") and the provisions emanating from it or related thereto. This Privacy Notice (hereinafter referred to as the "Notice") applies to personal information collected about the Data Subject by Dinámica Social, in its capacity as Data Controller.
At Dinámica Social, based in Mexico, we understand that you have the right to know what information we collect from you and our practices regarding that information. The terms and conditions contained herein apply to all information collected on behalf of Dinámica Social (hereinafter "THE CONTROLLER").
For the purposes of this Notice, terms used herein that are not defined herein shall have the meanings given to them in the LFPDP. The purpose of this Notice is to establish the terms and conditions under which "THE CONTROLLER" (or the Processor designated by "THE CONTROLLER"):
It will receive and protect the Data Subject's Personal Data, in order to protect their privacy and their right to informational self-determination.
It will use the Personal Data of the Owner.
It will carry out, where appropriate, transfers Personal Data to third parties.
Personal data collected:
The Controller may process Personal Data, that is, information that identifies you or makes you identifiable. Some of this personal data includes, for example: name, gender, email address, postal address, home address, document identification number, date of birth, payment information (such as credit card number, validity), billing information, date of birth, landline and/or cell phone number, Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC), card and/or account numbers, financial and property relationship, among others. You voluntarily provide this personal data when you decide to receive information and requirements regarding the products and/or services offered by the Controller.
The Controller may combine the information you provide with other information you have voluntarily provided to third parties. This is done in order to tailor our products, services, and promotions to your preferences. Personal data may be collected, for example:
Through the use of emails and visits to our offices.
When you communicate with us by phone.
By using the Controller's websites.

Through publicly available sources and other commercially available sources.
“The Controller” may also collect Personal Data from publicly available sources and other commercially available sources to which the Data Subject may have given consent to share his or her personal information or which have provided anonymous demographic information associated with a specific geographic area.
Likewise, among the documentation that may be collected by "THE CONTROLLER" to verify the identity of the Personal Data Holder are: the voter ID card, the released national military service ID card, the RFC registration card, the CURP registration card, proof of address, the special credit report issued by a Credit Information Society, property relationships, marital status, kinship, among others.
In the case of job applicants, the following may also be requested: birth certificates, educational certificates, retirement fund administrator (Afore) account statements, tax withholding forms, as well as psychometric, medical, and socioeconomic assessments conducted by "The Responsible Party."
You may also be asked for the Personal Data of your family members, dependents or beneficiaries, along with supporting documentation.
Uses and purposes of your personal data
The Personal Data that you provide to "THE CONTROLLER" will be processed, in addition to fulfilling the obligations arising from the relationship that may be created with you, for the following purposes:
Provide you with information about products, services, or other activities or proposals of interest from “THE CONTROLLER” and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and parent company.
We use the information we collect to provide you with the products and/or services you request, and to inform you about other products and services offered by "THE CONTROLLER" to the user.
We use the information we collect to provide you with the products and/or services you request, and to inform you about other products and services offered by "THE CONTROLLER." These third parties are required to maintain the confidentiality of the personal data provided and to comply with the Privacy Notice.
The user authorizes their personal data to be transmitted or provided to other financial institutions, unless they express their disagreement through any available means made available to them by the Controller.
To ask you to complete satisfaction surveys regarding our products and/or services.
To contact you regarding the outcome of the evaluations or analysis of your credit application, regarding the products and/or services offered by "THE CONTROLLER" or any other matter related to your application.
To follow up on any problem that may have arisen regarding the products and/or services offered by “THE CONTROLLER”.
If applicable, verify the Holder's credit and/or payment capacity, which may be done through credit information companies, in accordance with the Law Regulating Credit Information Companies.
In general, to provide you with information from “THE CONTROLLER” and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and parent company, for advertising and promotional purposes.
If your personal data is intended to be used for a purpose other than those previously mentioned, "THE CONTROLLER" will notify you by email or telephone to obtain your consent to process your personal data for the new purposes. If your consent is not received for the cases where it is required, "THE CONTROLLER" will not use your personal data.
For applicants to become employees of "THE CONTROLLER", the following activities will be carried out:
Carry out the recruitment and selection process of personnel.
Carry out the hiring process. "THE CONTROLLER" will safeguard the information obtained from applicants as well as that of its employees, including their Personal Data, profession, address, among others, for storage, authentication, and validation. The information provided by applicants for a vacancy, if applicable, will be safeguarded by "THE CONTROLLER." If the applicant requests that their information be returned, "THE CONTROLLER" will return the corresponding information through its established processes.
Data collection when browsing the websites and pages of “THE CONTROLLER”
Among the automatic data capture tools used by "THE CONTROLLER" on its websites and web pages are cookies, web beacons, and links in emails.
Use of Cookies.- The correct functioning of "THE CONTROLLER" websites requires enabling "cookies" in your internet browser. "Cookies" are small data files transferred by the website to your computer's hard drive when you browse the site. Cookies can be session cookies or permanent cookies.
Session cookies do not remain on your computer after you close your browser session, while persistent cookies remain on your computer until they are deleted or expire. Cookies are accepted in most browsers.
Automatically, based on its default settings, you can adjust your browser preferences to accept or reject cookies. Disabling cookies may disable various features of the "CONTROLLER" websites or cause them to not display correctly. If you prefer to delete the information from the cookies sent by "CONTROLLER," you can delete the file(s) at the end of each browser session. Relevant information can be found on the websites of the main Internet browsers.
Links in emails from “THE CONTROLLER”.- Emails that include links that allow “THE CONTROLLER” to know if you activated said link and visited the destination website, and this information may be included in your profile. If you prefer that “THE CONTROLLER” not collect information about your interaction with such links, you can choose to modify the format of communications from “THE CONTROLLER” (for example, to receive the message in text format and not in HTML format) or you can ignore the link and not access its content. Emails from “THE CONTROLLER” may include links designed to direct you to relevant sections of the Websites, by redirecting you through “THE CONTROLLER” servers.
“THE CONTROLLER” will not share, without your prior consent, your personal data with third parties, national or foreign, outside the group of companies and subsidiaries of “THE CONTROLLER”, unless:
The law or a court order so requires.
To protect the rights or property of “THE CONTROLLER” or its clients.
That such transfer is provided for in the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
By reading, understanding, and agreeing to the terms set forth in this Notice, the Data Subject expresses his or her consent for "THE CONTROLLER" or any Processor to transfer Personal Data to national or foreign third parties, with the understanding that the processing of the Data Subject's Personal Data by such third parties must comply with the provisions of this Notice.
“THE CONTROLLER” may transfer your Personal Data to other third parties that support it in fulfilling the contracts or legal relationships it has with the Data Subject.
The Data Subject acknowledges and accepts that the Controller does not require authorization or confirmation from the Data Subject to carry out national or international transfers of Personal Data in the cases provided for in Article 37 of the LFPDP or in any other exceptional case provided for by the same or other applicable legislation.
Security
"THE CONTROLLER" has adopted the necessary security, administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use, access, or processing. However, "THE CONTROLLER" cannot and, therefore, does not guarantee that there will be no unauthorized access to your personal data or that communications will be free from interruption, error, or interception by unauthorized third parties.
Access to your personal data held by "THE CONTROLLER" will be limited to those individuals who need to have access to said information, in order to carry out the identified purposes.
If you are assigned a username and password when providing your Personal Data to "THE CONTROLLER," you will be responsible for maintaining this information confidential. We recommend that you do not share this information with anyone. If you share your device, always log out before leaving a site or service to prevent unauthorized third parties from accessing your information.
The Data Subject's Personal Data collected by "THE CONTROLLER" and/or its Managers will be protected by appropriate administrative, technical, and physical security measures against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use, access, or processing, in accordance with the provisions of the LFPDP and the administrative regulations derived from it.
Rights that correspond to you as the owner of personal data: you may request access, rectification, cancellation or opposition (ARCO rights) regarding your personal data from the Personal Data Protection Department of "THE CONTROLLER."
The ARCO Rights are as follows:
Access.- To be informed which of your personal data is contained in the databases of "THE CONTROLLER" and what said personal data is used for, the origin of said data and the communications that have been made with said data.
Rectification: To correct or update your personal data if it is inaccurate or incomplete. You must inform "THE CONTROLLER" of any changes to your personal data, unless such changes are known to you alone.
Cancellation: Your personal data may be completely or partially deleted from "THE CONTROLLER'S" databases. This request will result in a blocking period, after which the data will be deleted. There are cases in which cancellation will not be possible under the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and other applicable legal provisions.
Opposition: To object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of your personal data by "THE CONTROLLER" or to restrict its use or disclosure. In cases where the objection may be related to the receipt of certain communications, said communications will include the option to unsubscribe from the mailing list and stop receiving them.
You have the right, at any time, to access, rectify, and delete your personal data, as well as to object to the processing of such data or revoke the consent you have provided us for this purpose by submitting a request with the following information and documentation:
Name of the Holder and address or other means to communicate the response to your request.
Documents proving your identity (simple copy in printed or electronic format of your voter ID card, passport or FM-3) or, where applicable, the legal representation of the Holder (simple copy in printed or electronic format of the simple power of attorney with the handwritten signature of the Holder, the agent and their corresponding official identifications: voter ID card, passport or FM-3);
A clear and precise description of the Personal Data for which you seek to exercise any of the ARCO Rights.
Any other element or document that facilitates the location of the Owner's Personal Data.
In the case of requests for rectification of Personal Data, the respective Data Subject must also indicate the modifications to be made and provide documentation supporting their request.
The Controller or its Representatives will respond to the respective Data Subject within a maximum of ten business days, counting from the date the request was received. The aforementioned deadlines may be extended only in accordance with the LFPDP.
The provision of Personal Data will be free of charge; you will only be responsible for the justified shipping costs or the cost of reproduction in copies or other formats. For the purposes of requests for the deletion of Personal Data, in addition to the provisions of this Notice, the provisions of Article 26 of the LFPDP will apply, including the exceptions to the deletion of Personal Data indicated therein.
The submission of a request to oppose the use of Personal Data by the Data Subject will give "THE CONTROLLER" the right to oppose the use of the Personal Data that the Data Subject has provided to the opponent.
Consent
For the purposes of the provisions of the LFPDP, and in particular its Article 17, the Holder states:
That this Notice has been made known to you by “THE CONTROLLER”.
Having read, understood, and agreed to the terms set forth in this Notice, you hereby grant your consent to the processing of your Personal Data for the purposes of the LFPDP and other applicable legislation. If the Personal Data collected includes sensitive or financial Personal Data, by signing the corresponding contract, whether in printed format or using electronic means and their corresponding processes for forming consent, for example, but not limited to, by providing Personal Data through dialog boxes or viewing and scrolling through the terms and conditions on screen, acts will be carried out that constitute the express consent of the data subject in accordance with the second paragraph of Article 8 of the LFPDP and other applicable legislation.
That you give your consent for "THE CONTROLLER" or its Managers to transfer Personal Data to national or foreign third parties, with the understanding that the processing of your Personal Data by said third parties must comply with the provisions of this Notice.
If the Data Subject does not object to the terms of the Notice, its contents will be deemed agreed to and consented to, pursuant to the third paragraph of Article 8 of the LFPDP. The Data Subject's consent may be revoked at any time, without retroactive effect, in accordance with the procedures established later in this Notice.
Notwithstanding any provision of this Notice, the Data Subject acknowledges that his or her consent will not be required for the processing of Personal Data by the Controller or third parties in any of the cases indicated in Article 10 of the LFPDP.
By providing any information, including your personal data, you expressly:
Accept the conditions contained in this Privacy Notice.
You agree that the information you provide may be stored, used, and generally processed for the purposes indicated, including for marketing and promotional purposes.
Grants “THE CONTROLLER” authorization to obtain, compile, store, share, communicate, transmit and use such information in any manner or form, in accordance with the conditions established herein and applicable laws.
Limitation of use
"THE CONTROLLER" and/or its Processors will retain the Data Subject's Personal Data for as long as necessary to process their requests for information, products, and/or services, as well as to maintain accounting, financial, and audit records in accordance with the LFPDP and current commercial, tax, and administrative legislation. This also includes monitoring the disclosure of such data or information to business partners.
Limitation of use
Questions, comments, exercise of rights to the Personal Data Protection Department of “THE CONTROLLER.

"THE CONTROLLER" reserves the right to modify or amend this Privacy Notice, in whole or in part. The modified Privacy Notice will be sent to the email address you provided.
Failure to object to the new Privacy Notice within 5 business days of receipt will be deemed acceptance of the terms set forth therein.
